I was a patient of Dr. Browning when I was younger (~12 yrs ago) Yesterday I was having an eye emergency while working in Bloomington. Called VisionQuest and they were able to work me in same day on my way home to Attica (even though I'm not a current patient).All of the staff I encountered were friendly and prompt. Dr. Rankin was professional, understanding of my concerns, and answered all my questions.Great visit and extremely reassuring regarding my emergency. If I lived on the Southside there's nowhere else that I would go for eye care.

We have always had the best experiences at VisionQuest Eyecare!! The staff and optometrists are extremely friendly, helpful and answered all of our questions. The office is very clean, calming and welcoming. Bottled water and coffee are provided in the lobby.A huge shoutout to Jennifer!! My teenage son needed new glasses and she was incredibly patient throughout the entire process. She listened to the style he was interested in, helped find frames to try on, researched other colors we could order and provided honest and experienced feedback. My son plays tennis and isn’t quite ready to try contacts as of yet, Jennifer helped find a pair of frames that are lightweight and will not get in the way or fall off while playing. With her help we purchased two pairs of glasses that he is excited to wear and look great on him! Jennifer is proficient, accommodating, professional and simply the best! Thank you for a great customer experience!!
This is the best optometrist office in Indy! I’ve tried several over my 12+ years living on the southside of Indy and this place is by far the best. I’ve been a patient since 2013. The front desk staff are warm and welcoming. I really like the coffee station in the waiting area. Dr. Browning is my Eye Dr but there are several others on staff that are great doctors. I really appreciated Tracy & Jennifer in the sales area where you actually buy your glasses. They both have gone over and above to help me out and make things so easy for me. I’m quite indecisive on what frames to pick and they also give great advice & never make me feel rushed. I cannot recommend this staff and location enough!
