Terry N. Null, O.D.Terry N. Null, O.D.

Dr. Terry Null is a life-long Hoosier.  He was born in Fort Wayne and has resided in the Indianapolis area for the past thirty years. Dr Null hails from a long line of educators and is the first in his family to practice optometry.  Dr Null met his wife, Jill, at Indiana University-Bloomington where they both received degrees. They have two children, Harrison and Meri.

Dr Null graduated from the Indiana University School of Optometry in 1983.  His course work included extensive training in geriatric ocular care, ocular disease management, and contact lens fitting and evaluation.  A board certified optometrist, Dr Null specializes in the treatment of macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, and glaucoma.  These conditions constitute the three leading causes of preventable blindness.

In 1997 Dr Null founded VisionQuest Eyecare, where he has set the standard for comprehensive vision services and compassionate patient care.  Dr Null works closely with leading local surgeons to co-manage the health and refraction of the eye before and after cataract and Lasik surgeries.  He is a principle research investigator for Bausch and Lomb FDA contact lens studies and an instructor for the Illinois College of Optometry.  A member of Beta Sigma Kappa International Optometric Honor Fraternity, Dr Null has received numerous awards, including TLC Laser Eye Center’s Dennis Kennedy Excellence in Eye Care Award, the Harold Hohn Memorial Award for Optometric Research, and the Marchon Award of Excellence.

Dr Null is an advocate of exercise, and cross trains with weight lifting, yoga, and running.  He is the age group winner of several hundred mile ultra marathons and trail marathons, for which he was featured on the front page of the Indianapolis Star.  In his spare time, Dr Null enjoys live entertainment, theater, rock and classical music, as well as movies and DVDs.  The Nulls reside on a twenty one acre “hobby farm,” where Dr Null cultivates vegetables, flowers, and ornamental trees.

Dr. Browning grew up on the south side of Indianapolis and attended Roncalli High School. It was his dream to be able to come “home” and provide eye care to the community that he grew up in.

After attending Indiana University in Bloomington for his undergraduate work, he graduated from the prestigious Indiana University School of Optometry in 2002. During his professional studies, he focused his interests on providing care for ocular disease and contact lenses. During his training, Dr. Browning trained in a variety of settings during his fourth year of study including pediatric care, ocular surgery (pre/post) and extensive training in geriatric and ocular disease at the VA in Fort Wayne. During his internships, Dr. Browning spent time at an advanced surgical practice in Indianapolis, Indiana University Community EyeCare Clinic and the VA Hospital in Fort Wayne. His studies included extensive work in the comanaging the latest surgical techniques in cataract, glaucoma and macular degeneration care.

Dr. Browning enjoys caring for a large pediatric population at the Greenwood & Indianapolis office and participates in the American Optometric Association’s Infant-See program which provides no cost care to underprivileged infants. He works closely with several area pediatricians in order to detect vision problems at their earliest stages to prevent future problems.

Being extremely nearsighted himself, Dr. Browning has a passion for contact lenses and enjoys utilizing the latest technology to provide the most personalized solutions for his patients. He has been a clinical investigator for studies with Bausch & Lomb in daily replacement contact lenses and Ciba Vision for Multifocal lens technology. Dr. Browning has been published in several journals in the field of practice management and has served as a consultant to practices all over the country in areas of efficient delivery of healthcare and best care for patients for Alcon Vision. He was awarded the Dennis Kennedy Excellence in Eye Care Award from TLC Laser Eye Centers for his work in co-management of laser vision correction in 2008.

Since graduating, he has been very active in the Indiana Optometric Association serving as the President of the Central Indiana Optometric Society from 2010-2011. He was selected as the “Young Optometrist of the Year” by the IOA in 2011. Dr. Browning currently serves as a Trustee for the Indiana Optometric Association. He has been an active member of the American Optometric Association since 2002.

Dr. Browning lives in Greenwood with his wife and three children. He is very active in his church at Our Lady of the Greenwood Catholic Church and enjoys coaching both little league and football. Despite a busy schedule, he still enjoys reading, playing baseball, softball, racquetball, weight lifting and running.

Jenna M. Dale, O.D., FAAO, FCOVDJenna M. Dale, O.D., FAAO, FCOVD

Dr. Dale is a local Greenwood, Indiana resident and Center Grove High School graduate and received her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Indiana University School of Optometry.  She was recognized as the Varilux Case Study National Award winner, recipient of the COVD Excellence in Vision Therapy Award, and co-recipient of the David Kolack award for highest GPA of her graduating class.  Upon graduation, she was also featured in the national publication, Vision Monday, magazine as “Best in Class of 2012.”

Dr. Dale continued her optometric training and completed a residency in Pediatrics and Vision Therapy at the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN. Vision therapy and children’s eye care was of special interest so that she could help lead children with visual disorders on a path to success, by eliminating visual barriers preventing them from reaching their full potential.  At the completion of her residency, Dr. Dale was the recipient of the prestigious Terrence Ingram Pediatric Residency Award presented by the American Optometric Foundation.

In addition to her pediatric specialties, Dr. Dale had extensive training in primary care for adults, ocular disease and providing personalized contact lens solutions for her patients.

Dr. Dale, a proud Indiana University Hoosier, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and minors in Chemistry and Spanish, and graduated with highest honors.

Dr. Dale is a member of the Indiana Optometric Association, American Optometric Association and the Optometric Extension Program Foundation. She is Board-certified in Vision Therapy and Vision Development by the prestigious College of Optometrists in Vision Development.

Dr. Dale is involved in the community and has volunteered with organizations including the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, the 500 Festival and Riley Children’s Hospital.  In addition, she has led a Volunteer Optometric Services for Humanity (VOSH) trip, providing eye care to underserved populations in Honduras.

In her leisure time, Dr. Dale enjoys the outdoors, running, kickboxing, traveling, and cheering on the Colts and the IU Hoosiers!

Michael W. Jeffirs, O.D.Michael W. Jeffirs, O.D.

Dr. Jeffirs grew up as the eldest son of Michael and Beverly Jeffirs’ twelve children in Plymouth, Indiana.  He was salutatorian of his PHS class of 1976, president of the math club, an officer of Alpha Delta Rho literary society, and lettered as a pitcher on the very successful PHS baseball Team.

Dr. Jeffirs attended Indiana University-Bloomington where he studied biology and then earned a Doctorate in Optometry degree from the Indiana University School of Optometry.  There he received extensive Contact Lens training and even assisted in teaching the Contact Lens course for optometry students at the time.  Dr. Jeffirs was one of the early Optometrists to be certified in Treatment and Management of Ocular Disease.

Shortly after graduating from IU in 1983, Dr. Jeffirs joined the multidisciplinary clinical setting of the MetroHealth HMO with multiple offices in Indianapolis.  By 1997 health care times had changed, leading the optometry section of MetroHealth to privatize as VisionQuest Eyecare.  Now, three decades in practice, Dr. Jeffirs is proud to be a part of the quality eyecare provided by VisionQuest.

When outside of the enjoyment of helping to improve vision in others, Dr. Jeffirs enjoys family, sports, reading and long walks.

Collin M. Rush, O.D.Collin M. Rush, O.D.

Dr. Rush was born and raised in Greenwood, Indiana where he attended Center Grove high school. He graduated from Indiana University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. He graduated with high honors and was accepted into the Phi Beta Kappa society consisting of only the top 1% of seniors nationwide in the college of arts and science. In 2016 Dr. Rush graduated from the Indiana University School of optometry.

Dr. Rush trained at the Cataract and Laser Institute becoming proficient in the management and care of cataract and laser surgeries, as well as the use of amniotic membranes for the treatment of ocular surface disease. He trained at the Atwater and Indianapolis eye care centers mastering the skill of Scleral contact lens fitting. These lenses provide amazing differences in vision and comfort for patients with diseased and irregular corneas. Dr. Rush’s final training took place at The Roudabush Veterans hospital caring for veterans with advanced glaucoma, cataracts, and macular degeneration.

Dr. Rush is married and living in Greenwood with their standard poodle. In his leisure time he enjoys going on long walks, visiting local restaurants with his wife, and staying active.
